Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative at SSH Communications Security, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your role will be crucial in helping us retain and grow our client base.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Proactively reach out to clients to educate them on our products and services and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Provide support and guidance to clients on product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices - Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback to inform product development and marketing efforts - Meet client satisfaction goals and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field - Passionate about building and nurturing relationships with clients - Resourceful in finding creative solutions to client issues and challenges - Strong people management skills, with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with clients - Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
