Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Smartly.io is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level team member with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and products to clients - Analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance the client experience - Proactively identifying upselling opportunities to increase client engagement and revenue - Providing regular reports to management on client satisfaction and retention metrics

Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable mindset to handle challenging situations and changing client needs - Strong analytical skills to assess client data and identify trends - Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
