Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team at Sensible 4. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the field of client relations. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other virtual platforms - Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in the development of client communication materials and resources - Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Reliable internet connection and access to a suitable workspace - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other virtual communication tools
