Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Cargotec is seeking a passionate and confident Client Relations Representative to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects, deliverables, and timelines. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends. 5. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products, services, and solutions. 6. Monitor and track client interactions, feedback, and outcomes in a CRM system. 7. Provide regular updates and reports on client activities, outcomes, and performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent presentation and analytical abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
