Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Cargotec is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Relations Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and addressing any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a courteous and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any potential areas of improvement - Provide accurate and timely reports on client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Motivated and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and critical thinking skills to approach client relationships with a unique perspective - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
