Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Client Relations Representative to join our team at Qt Group in Vantaa, Finland. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with solutions and support - Monitor client feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in the development of client retention strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors in order to provide clients with relevant information

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Adaptability and dedication to providing excellent customer service - Strong time management skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
