Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Qt Group is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. 4. Utilize creativity and strategic planning to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to better serve clients and maintain a competitive edge. 7. Provide regular reports on client feedback and satisfaction to management to inform business decisions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
