Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Nightingale Health, a leading health technology company based in Helsinki, is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Nightingale Health - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client requests and projects - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Nightingale Health products and services to existing clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients and offer valuable insights - Contribute to the overall success of the client relations team by meeting or exceeding performance targets

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner - Hardworking and confident attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently - Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to find innovative solutions to client issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
