Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team at Huhtamaki, a global packaging company, in a part-time, work-from-home position based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries and issues. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and services. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions. 5. Monitor client feedback and proactively address concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction. 6. Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional services to existing clients. 7. Keep detailed records of client interactions and update relevant databases accordingly.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful individual who can work independently and problem-solve effectively. 2. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and the confidence to make difficult choices when necessary. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
