Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Valmet, a leading global developer and supplier of services and technologies for the pulp, paper and energy industries. This position is based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland and is at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Regularly review client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients - Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials to attract new clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in client relations and account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in the pulp, paper or energy industries is a plus
