Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and energetic Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Smartly.io. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Provide strategic guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their goals - Monitor client accounts and performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement - Plan and execute client onboarding and training sessions - Track and report on client satisfaction and engagement metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong soft skills, including strategic planning and time management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
