Client Service Assistant

As a Client Service Assistant at SSH Communications Security in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and support for our clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. 2. Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records. 3. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings and presentations. 5. Participate in regular training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 6. Contribute to the overall success of the client service team by sharing best practices and providing input for process improvements.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond positively to change. 2. Confident: Comfortable interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels. 3. Planning: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish. 5. Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field is preferred. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
