Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Optomed is seeking a part-time Client Service Assistant to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a confident and independent individual who possesses a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The Client Service Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the client service team and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering client inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Assisting clients with scheduling appointments and navigating our services - Providing administrative support to the client service team - Maintaining accurate client records and documentation - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences - Participating in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role - Confidence in communicating with clients and colleagues - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Innovative mindset to suggest and implement process improvements
