Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Omocom is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a work-from-home position based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with client inquiries and concerns, and supporting the overall client experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address any questions or concerns they may have. 2. Provide support to the sales and marketing team in generating new business opportunities. 3. Assist in maintaining client records and updating information in the company database. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. 5. Conduct analysis of client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance overall client satisfaction. 7. Manage and prioritize multiple client tasks and requests efficiently and effectively. 8. Continuously strive to improve client service processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or customer service role. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Confident and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
