Client Service Associate

As a Client Service Associate at Vaisala, you will play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch service delivery to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, providing product information and support, resolving client issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Providing technical support and product information to clients - Resolving client issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs - Contributing to the development of client service strategies and initiatives - Participating in client meetings and presentations as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related role - Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and emotional intelligence - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
