Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Tamturbo is seeking a reliable and confident Client Service Associate to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Entry Level position, we welcome individuals with 0 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. The Client Service Associate will play a crucial role in exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight through exceptional client service.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to provide assistance and support. 2. Conduct research on client accounts to better understand their needs and preferences. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and effective client management. 4. Handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 5. Assist in developing creative solutions to meet client requests and exceed their expectations. 6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our CRM system. 7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 8. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of products and services to clients.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and confident individual with a positive attitude towards client service. 2. Strong research and problem-solving skills. 3. Creativity in finding solutions and addressing client needs. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
