Job description:
Canatu, a cutting-edge technology company located in Helsinki, Uusimaa, is seeking a reliable and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Support the Client Service team in handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Assist in maintaining client records, processing orders, and updating information in the company database. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of client issues. 5. Assist in preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying trends to improve customer service processes. 6. Demonstrate leadership skills by taking ownership of tasks and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. 7. Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions. 8. Represent Canatu professionally and uphold the company's values in all interactions with clients.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 2. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think critically. 3. Leadership skills with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. 4. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues. 5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is a plus. 7. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
