Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Remedy Entertainment is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Service Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client services.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure their needs are met effectively. 3. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and other client interactions. 4. Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed. 5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other client-related materials as required. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives. 8. Attend client meetings and events as needed.

Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 4. Hardworking and committed to providing exceptional client service. 5. Experience in people management and planning is a plus. 6. Must be independent and able to take initiative. 7. Knowledge of environmental responsibility and sustainable practices is preferred.
