Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional service to our clients. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product information, order status, and general inquiries - Handle and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients with their needs - Coordinate with other departments to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful individual with excellent people management skills - Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
