Job Description: IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a talented and experienced Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise - Identify new business opportunities and work to expand our client base - Analyze data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to improve client service and retention - Lead and mentor a team of client service representatives to ensure high-performance and productivity - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service processes and strategies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client service management, with at least 7 years of relevant experience - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset - Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively - Passionate about providing excellent service and building long-lasting relationships with clients - Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
