Client Service Officer

Kojamo is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team in Espoo, Finland. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery - Handle any escalated client issues with sensitivity and assertiveness

Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated individual who can handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism - Strong critical thinking skills to effectively analyze and solve client problems - Excellent planning abilities to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Strong communication skills both verbally and written in Finnish and English - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software preferred
