Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Smartly.io, a leading digital advertising company located in Helsinki, Uusimaa, is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role and possess a high level of adaptability and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing excellent customer service and support - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded - Manage projects and campaigns for clients, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively - Communicate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of services - Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations to clients for optimization - Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth - Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service offerings

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Hardworking and willing to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results for clients
