Remote Client Service Officer Job Description:

KONE Corporation is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. This part-time position is at the associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, possess strong analysis skills, and have a creative mindset.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent client service and support remotely - Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations
