Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Elliptic Labs is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Conduct analysis of client needs and provide recommendations for product offerings - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in the tech industry or with software products is a plus - Cooperation skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
