Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Spectral Engines, a leading technology company based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a passionate and confident Client Service Officer to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a client service or customer support position.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Manage and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Provide support in client onboarding and training processes - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client service or customer support roles - Strong project management skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus
