Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Marimekko, a renowned Finnish design company, is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Officer to work remotely from home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI on a part-time basis. As an Associate level professional with at least 2 years of experience in client service, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Marimekko's products and services. 3. Assist clients with product recommendations, order processing, and resolving any issues that may arise. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support client engagement initiatives and drive sales growth. 5. Monitor client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's database.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client service or a customer-facing role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Critical thinking abilities to solve complex client issues. 5. Leadership skills to guide clients through the sales process. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
