Client Service Officer - Work from home

Fortum is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer, working from home in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients
