Client Service Officer - Work from home

Louhia, a dynamic company based in Tampere, FI, is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position perfect for someone who is looking to jumpstart their career in client service. This position is at an entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support - Manage client inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve issues efficiently - Conduct research to understand client needs and market trends, providing valuable insights to improve client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on client requests in a timely manner
