Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Kojamo is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in client services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address any inquiries or issues they may have - Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our products and services - Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable personality - Strong analysis and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
