Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Blueprint Genetics is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client service roles and who possess the personality traits of being energetic and resourceful.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Manage client accounts, providing support with ordering, billing, and laboratory information - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist with strategic planning for client outreach and retention initiatives - Efficiently manage time and workload to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance client service skills

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience in client service or related roles - Energetic personality with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and time management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
