Client Service Representative

IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver on client requests and deliverables. - Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - Resourceful and dedicated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated creativity and emotional intelligence in handling client relationships and problem-solving. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
