Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Client Service Representative to join our team at Aiven in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of client concerns - Provide product support and guidance to clients to ensure they are utilizing our services to their full potential - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing them with a positive experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture - Creative thinking and a proactive approach to client service - Proficiency in relevant software and systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
