Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Finnlines is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: resilience and independence. Additionally, strong soft skills in teamwork and persuasion are required for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data security - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and meet their needs effectively - Provide product and service information to clients, up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring prompt delivery - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of client service strategies

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Client Service Representative or a similar customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
