Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

As a Client Service Specialist at Infinited Fiber Company, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address any questions or concerns they may have - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate - Assist clients with resolving any issues or challenges they may face - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and positive experience for our clients - Identify opportunities for improvement in our client service processes and make recommendations for enhancement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better assist our clients - Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 1 year of customer service experience - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong attention to detail - Innovative thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in English and Finnish
