Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Eve-Tech is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Service Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess strong leadership and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies - Act as a liaison between clients and other departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of client issues - Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement - Maintain client records and update database with relevant information - Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Stay current on industry trends and best practices through ongoing research

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong leadership and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
