Client Service Specialist

Marimekko is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Service Specialist to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions - Manage client inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies to exceed business goals - Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure efficient service delivery - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments - Previous experience in customer service or client management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
