Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Solita is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable, and possess strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: -Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person -Provide support and guidance to clients regarding our products and services -Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information -Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner -Resolve any client issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency -Assist in the development of client service strategies and processes -Stay up-to-date on industry trends and continuously improve client service skills

Requirements: -No prior experience required -Excellent communication skills -Strong emotional intelligence -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Driven and reliable -Fluency in Finnish and English is preferred
