Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team at F-Secure in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in client service, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and maintain client relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients - Monitor client feedback and proactively address any issues that may arise - Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and resourceful mindset - Ability to collaborate with colleagues worldwide - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
