Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Relex Solutions. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with product-related questions, technical issues, and troubleshooting. 3. Work collaboratively with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions. 4. Proactively identify and escalate any issues or trends to management. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system. 6. Support clients with onboarding processes and training sessions as needed. 7. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and exceed client expectations.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to identify trends. 5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. 6. Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic. 7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
