Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Louhia is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Specialist to join our team and work remotely from home in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it a perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in client services.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Maintain accurate and detailed client records in our database. 3. Work collaboratively with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support. 4. Assist with project management tasks to ensure client expectations are met. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have. 6. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Requirements: 1. Must be dedicated and have a strong level of confidence in dealing with clients. 2. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. 3. Basic project management skills to oversee client accounts and tasks. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. 5. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.
