Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Solita is seeking a passionate and confident Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Helsinki, Uusimaa area.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and handling customer requests. 3. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends to better assist clients. 6. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 4. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
