Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Remedy Entertainment is seeking a motivated and confident Client Service Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent project management skills and can collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing assistance in a timely manner - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently - Monitor client satisfaction and escalate any issues as needed - Provide clients with product information and support as needed - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client service role - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in English and Finnish
