Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Supercell is looking for a talented Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients while working remotely from home.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary. 4. Conduct research to help clients better understand our products and services. 5. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training when needed. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities. 8. Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Adaptable and motivated with a strong desire to exceed client expectations. 3. Excellent research and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
