Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team at Basware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients remotely from our office in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients, assisting with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving customer complaints. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner. - Document client interactions and updates in our CRM system. - Assist in strategic planning and project management tasks as needed.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - 4+ years of experience in client support or a similar role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Reliable and dedicated with a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. - Experience in strategic planning and project management is a plus.
