Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Fortum is seeking a dedicated Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support roles. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of reliability and drive, as well as demonstrated soft skills in project management and teamwork.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote client support via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and product inquiries - Efficiently manage multiple client cases simultaneously - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system - Contribute to continuous improvement of client support processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
