Client Support Associate

Job description:

Hartwall is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with a passion for providing excellent client support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, creative, and have strong planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed - Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive business growth

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic industry
