Remedy Entertainment, a leading video game development company based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in the gaming industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients - Manage and prioritize client support tickets in a timely manner - Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Assist in product testing and feedback collection - Assist with client onboarding and training - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Prior experience in a customer service or support role is a plus - Knowledge of the gaming industry and interest in video games - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
