Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Relex Solutions, a leading software company, is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are independent, driven, and have excellent planning and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients through email, chat, and phone calls - Assist clients with technical issues related to our software products - Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Document all client interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with the development team to report and escalate technical issues - Develop a deep understanding of our software products to effectively support clients - Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and support skills

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Comfortable working remotely and using various communication tools - Previous customer service experience is a plus
