Client Support Associate

Remedy Entertainment, a leading video game development company, is currently seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a client support role.

As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all client inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining client databases, tracking client interactions, and collaborating with other teams within the company to resolve client issues.

The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about providing top-notch customer service and will be resourceful in finding creative solutions to client problems. Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills are also essential for success in this role.
