Job Description - Client Support Associate


Job Description:


Konecranes, a global leader in lifting equipment and services, is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries, escalating more complex cases to the appropriate team members. 3. Develop a deep understanding of Konecranes products and services to better assist customers. 4. Proactively communicate with clients to anticipate their needs and provide personalized solutions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.


Requirements: 1. Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a natural inclination towards innovation. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software. 5. Willingness to travel occasionally and represent Konecranes at client sites. 6. Fluency in English and Finnish is required, additional languages are a plus.
